Frequently asked questions

So what is your interpretation of a mixed media artwork?

For us, mixed media refers to any artwork where additional artistic mediums have been used to enhance or complete the piece. This often begins with photography as a foundation, but can include layers of paint, encaustic wax, metallic leafing, texture, and even in-camera techniques. Each work is a fusion of materials and methods — a visual conversation between mediums.

Do you ship framed artwork?

Yes, we do. For safety during transit, with certain pieces that require glass, we replace glass with museum-grade plexiglass, which is durable and shatter-resistant. Shipping and packaging are quoted separately and handled carefully by our Osner Framing workshop.

Are these artworks archival?

Yes. All these mixed media pieces are produced using museum-quality archival paper and UltraChrome carbon-pigmented inks where they are printed. This giclée printing method ensures colour permanence and image stability for a lifetime.

I struggle to visualise the artwork in my space. Can you help?

Absolutely. Use our interior mock-up service — send us a photo of your wall and tell us which print(s) you’re considering. Learn more here.

Do the mixed media artworks come with a certificate?

Yes, every limited edition artwork has a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).

How long does international shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 working days, door to door, via trusted couriers like FedEx or DHL.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

Are these artwork sold with or without frames?

When on display in the gallery, prints can be purchased as showcased — including the frame. Online orders are sold unframed by default, but framing can be discussed after purchase. All framing is done in-house by our own workshop, osnerframing.com.
