osnergallery.com tells you about the gallery, the artists, our exhibitions and our services, so you can visit us or get in touch. Nothing is sold on this website itself.
Buying artwork
- Online: signed limited edition prints and available originals are sold through our online shop, osnerartgallery.com. Purchases there are made under that shop’s own terms, delivery and returns policies, which you will see before you pay.
- In the gallery: works bought at the gallery in Hout Bay are sold on the terms agreed with you at the time of sale.
- Commissions and projects: the price, size, timescale and delivery of a commission or a design project are agreed with you before work begins.

The artworks shown on this website are protected by copyright, which belongs to the artists: Martin Osner, Samantha Lee Osner and the artists we represent. The photographs, text and design of the website belong to Osner Gallery unless stated otherwise.
You are welcome to view and share links to our pages. You may not copy, download, print, reproduce, sell or use any artwork or content from this website for any other purpose without our written permission.
Buying a work does not include its copyright
When you buy an artwork or a print, you own that physical work. The copyright stays with the artist, so the image may not be reproduced without permission.

We take care to keep the details on this website correct, but artworks sell, editions close and details change. Sizes, editions, availability and prices are confirmed at the time of purchase, on the online shop or with the gallery. Colours on screen can differ from the artwork itself.
